Juiceworks grape juice concentrate is made from New Zealand grape juice, attenuated to European requirements for sweetening your export wine. We supply industrial GJC stored at -18 deg C to your winery.
This GJC is clarified to Juiceworks specifications and then concentrated through an evaporation process to produce liquid concentrated grape sugar at 68ยบ brix.
