Desperately seeking white grapes to make into NZ Grape Juice Concentrate.
Clean fruit ,20 plus brix,  50 tonne parcels work best but others considered.

Can pay up to $500 per tonne, remember this is for sugar adds, NOT FOR WINE.

Juiceworks continues to endeavour to secure grape supply for vintage 2025 by securing a supply that involves a proportion of New Zealand’s grape production (preferably North Island) being put aside for a sugar-farming operation, or a vineyard that is not required for an in-demand varietal of wine.  We will advise that position prior to Vintage 25. This GJC is clarified to Juiceworks specifications and then concentrated through an evaporation process to produce liquid concentrated grape sugar at 68º brix.
