Juiceworks continues to endeavour to secure grape supply for vintage 2025 by securing a supply that involves a proportion of New Zealand’s grape production (preferably North Island) being put aside for a sugar-farming operation, or a vineyard that is not required for an in-demand varietal of wine. We will advise that position prior to Vintage 25. For details please email Jonothan Tommy
This GJC is clarified to Juiceworks specifications and then concentrated through an evaporation process to produce liquid concentrated grape sugar at 68º brix. Primarily Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes are used for this product, but as of Feb 2024 we have no stock in our depots in Blenheim and Hawkes Bay. To make an enquiry or order Contact us now
